L’Etude was founded in 1996. It is the result of a merger between the firm of de Weck & Gillon and the firm of Hayoz & Perritaz, then, later, with the Overney firm. Its origin dates back roughly to the 1950s. L'Etude is therefore well anchored in the judicial, economic and political realms of Switzerland. In our fields of specialisation, our services are solicited by a private clientele as well as from important economic actors such as local governments, international companies, insurance companies and construction companies.

L'Etude is organised in the form of a partnership company. It joins attorneys that put their experience, language skills in English, German and French languages as well as their availability at your service.
