L'Etude offers three traineeships (two in French language and one in German language) for young law school graduates motivated by the practice of law.

We offer our trainees, in addition to a pleasant work environment, integration into a team of experienced lawyers, within a modern infrastructure, practicing in the classical practice areas of law with a commercial orientation.

Our trainee lawyers are remunerated at minimum according to the Collective Employment Agreement related to the employment conditions of the trainee lawyers of the canton of Fribourg and according to their abilities.

In order to ensure a traineeship as complete as possible, we require that before joining the firm our trainees accomplish an internship as a clerk in one of the courts of Fribourg. In addition, we strongly encourage our trainee candidates to stay in our firm for a sufficient time, that is, for more than 12 months, to seriously cover the exam material through practical cases. The effective duration of the traineeship is thus negotiated case by case based on various criteria (age, experience, education, etc.).
